HCSI is dedicated to protecting the rights of children and empowering communities. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Officer specializing in Child Rights Advocacy to oversee our initiatives in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that promote the welfare of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC). They will also facilitate training for local leaders, organize community outreach events, and develop strategies to address rights violations.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in advocacy and policy work, and an understanding of child protection laws in Nigeria. A Master's degree in Social Work, Law, or a related field is preferred.
